C-Suite Coach 2022 Recap 🎉

C-Suite Coach would like to thank all of you for your support this year. Whether you interacted with our newsletter or social media, attended one of our events, or had a coaching engagement. We appreciate you! Since this is our last newsletter of the year, we want to look at our accomplishments and highlights.
2022 Recap
C-Suite Coach Network Expansion

This year we expanded our bench of coaches! C-Suite Coach strives to improve our coaching experience and provide a vast range of diverse and highly vetted coaches for our clients.
Not only do our coaches have a diverse range of professional backgrounds and specialties. We are proud to share our roster of coaches; all have advanced degrees, eight possess an ICF coach credential, two have doctorate degrees, and another is a doctoral candidate.
Acquisition of Chief Coaching Officer

Marcelle Fowler brings over 30 years of experience in corporate organizational effectiveness and talent development and nearly ten years as a certified leadership coach. She earned her ACC credential from ICF in 2018 and plans to pursue her PCC.
Marcelle's role comprises recruiting and vetting new coaches, refining our engagement process, and maintaining our coaching program's standard of excellence.
Fast Company's Innovation by Design Award

C-Suite Coach has managed the Google Digital Coaches program since 2018, and this year the program was honored by Fast Company as a part of its 2022 Innovation by Design Awards. Our work is recognized for helping Black and Latino businesses unlock economic opportunities with the help of digital tools.
Major League Baseball's Most Valuable Diverse Business Partner

This year C-Suite Coach was also awarded the 2022 Most Valuable Diverse Business Partner Award!
It is an honor to do business with an organization with a long-standing commitment to supporting diverse suppliers. This honor also celebrated such a historic moment - the anniversary of Jackie Robinson breaking the color barrier in Major League Baseball. Yet, there's still so much work to be done to position Black-owned business owners to be successful with major corporations.
Black Ambition x C-Suite Coach Series for Entrepreneurs
Last year we collaborated with Pharrell's Black Ambition to provide free programming for entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. Through our partnership, we strived to educate everyone on the benefits of Black Ambition as a resource for Black and Latinx entrepreneurs and create an environment to encourage collaboration, networking, and amplification of shared business practices.
This year we continued our events covering topics like Web 3.0. We also spoke with founders like Severti Wilson, whose VC company Reselia raised the largest amount of money for a solo Black Female-founded tech company.
If you missed any of our events, watch the replay on Youtube.
Essence Fest E-Suite
C-Suite Coach had the opportunity to facilitate complimentary on-site 1:1 coaching sessions for two days at Essence Fest in the E-Suite! We were so glad to have our coaches on-site to connect with attendees and co-create actions to help them meet professional and personal goals.
Our CEO, Angelina Darrisaw, also spoke about branding, marketing, and creating value for your teams in the E-Suite.
Continued Work With Google

As mentioned above, C-Suite Coach has managed the Google Digital Coaches program for the last four years. However, that is not the only capacity we work with Google in. C-Suite Coach is proud to support the Google Supplier Diversity team and their efforts including the Digitial Excellence Program.
This year we also supported the onboarding of new Black Google employees by providing them with community and resources as they transition into their new roles.
New Clients: WMG, LVMH, Salesforce, & McDonald's

C-Suite Coach celebrated seven years of being full-time in business on August 27th. C-Suite Coach has continued partnerships with our existing clients like Google, Black Ambition, and Wayfair. We also gained new clients like Salesforce, Warner Music Group, McDonald's, CultureCon, and others.
