That's great because Colette Ellis will be your champion, offering structure, inspiration, guidance, and support. Colette is known as a rare breed of coach, who instead of just focusing on your next opportunity, will focus on you as a person to help you discover your passions, relax, and put things into perspective.

Colette is a Behavioral Health coach and practitioner of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT-Tapping). For nearly 20 years, she has traveled the globe facilitating personal growth and employee wellbeing programs for emerging leaders, front-line managers, and C-Suite executives. In addition to an MPA degree in Public Finance from New York University, Colette has been trained in Trauma-Informed Care principles by the NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) and certified in Mental Health First Aid by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.

Colette's purpose is to create a safe space for you to have honest, healing conversations. We'll explore a combination of mind-body techniques to make you better equipped to manage change and handle challenging emotions. I'll also support you in challenging your negative thinking patterns, improving your communication skills, and reducing your stress and anxiety, all of which bolster your mental wellbeing.

By the way, Colette is a native New Yorker who WILL stop to give you directions (in a NY minute!) and who maintains a mostly vegan lifestyle.
