Year Up's mission is to close the Opportunity Divide by providing young adults with the skills, experience, and support that will empower them to reach their potential through professional careers and higher education.
Year Up has over 500 employees nationally and needed training for an employee offsite and coaching for employees. They were seeking a vendor who could provide the facilitation and coaching to offer their staff resources for personal and professional growth.
Coach Staffing: We sourced 10 executive coaches to service over 2 dozen Year Up staffers for a one day offsite. We created client intake forms and evaluated them to match clients with coaches for the best fit and experience.
Training Delivery: We created a custom training on managing a digital footprint and leveraging LinkedIn for Year Up employees. We offered a facilitator to lead employees through 2 separate engaging and inclusive training sessions with the entire NY office staff.
Ongoing Engagement: Following the offsite, we partnered with Year Up to match employees with coaches. One client was promoted into a new role shortly after concluding her coaching engagement with a C-Suite Coach.
