Providing health insurance to employees in the past has not been an easy feat and in the beginning is usually comprised of lots of paperwork, data and confusion. Due to this Oscar seeked out strategies on how to increase awareness of services to small business owners.

Program Design:
Created several experiences to engage diverse small business owners in 2 major metropolitan areas. We also consulted on communications and drove a small business audience to attend all events

Training Delivery:
We worked with Oscar to create training materials that would be meaningful to a small business audience. In addition to covering health insurance basics, we shared why health insurance is a meaningful tool small businesses could use for employee retention. We sourced trainers that were culturally reflective of the diverse SMB community in NYC and LA to deliver training.
