At C-Suite Coach, we believe in the transformative power of coaching to unlock individual potential and elevate team dynamics. We're passionate about empowering leaders to drive positive change and build more innovative workplaces. C-Suite Coach is leading coaching and offering strengths-based leadership development to Brooklyn Public Library’s LevelUp Real Estate Cohort. “LevelUP is a workforce advancement program designed to help Black women get to the next stage professionally and build wealth” (You can learn more about the program here).


Last week, we offered training for the participants on Strengths-Based leadership.


Event Highlights


This session, coordinated by our dedicated team member Vanessa, showcased the expertise of our exceptional coaches: Elonda, who facilitated the CliftonStrengths assessment, and our group coaching leaders, Karen and Shavon. Together, they guided 21 attendees through a comprehensive coaching experience:


  • CliftonStrengths Assessment: Participants gained valuable self-awareness by exploring their unique strengths.

  • CliftonStrengths Debrief: A focused discussion helped participants understand and leverage their strengths for career advancement.

  • Group Coaching Session: Interactive coaching fostered collaboration, providing practical strategies for growth.
