Ijeoma is also a national speaker and ICF-credentialed coach. She has acquired over 15 years of experience in various higher education institutions across the United States.
Ijeoma is a well-regarded leader who is deeply passionate and committed to the personal growth, well-being, and advancement of people. With a vision of a world where every person embraces their boundless potential, she is on a mission to inspire others to do work that inspires them, so that together we can make the world better.
Ijeoma has led numerous programs, conference sessions, and training across the United States on topics related to self-improvement and leadership development. Notable works include her involvement as an invited speaker at Cornell University, training presenter at the University of Pennsylvania, cluster facilitator for the National Leadershape® Institute™, and featured speaker at the Rice Business Diversity & Inclusion Conference.
Ijeoma completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Georgia State University. Also, she earned her master’s degree in College Student Affairs Administration and doctoral degree in Counseling, both from the University of Georgia.
