Marcelle brings more than 30 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, talent development, internal communications, and leadership coaching within such admired corporations as Capital One, Dow Chemical, and UPS. Throughout her career, Marcelle coached and advised diverse groups of front-line managers, new hires, C-Suite executives ,and US Navy Commanders within the US and Japan.
Marcelle holds an MBA from Georgia State University, a bachelor's in journalism from Michigan State University, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
Marcelle has held leadership roles in internal coaching, organizational effectiveness, human resources and corporate communications within such corporations as Capital One, Dow Chemical and UPS. She holds an MBA from Georgia State University and her Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation, a global organization dedicated to upholding rigorous education and practice standards for professional coaching.
