Sharahn LaRue McClung integrates her unique sensibilities as a professional actor and classically trained ballerina with core coaching competencies to help her clients find and present the most confident version of themselves. Currently, she presents dynamic webinars to hundreds of job-seekers in Software Engineering, Data Science, Cyber Security, and UI/UX as they transition into the tech industry from an intensive coding program. She provides one-on-one coaching for clients from diverse backgrounds through every step of the job search process as they successfully secure new roles in the Tech Industry.
Sharahn began coaching Speech & Debate for award-winning programs across the United States after achieving success as a top-ranked competitor herself. She has created engaging and actionable, professional training workshops and provided personal coaching at Youth Communication's Writers' Workshop, Florida Forensic Institute, Communication Forum, and for her clients from Université Paris du Nord and Ambassadeurs en Herbe competition for UNESCO.
She has enjoyed partnering with C-Suite Coach to provide one-on-one coaching at CUP Fellows Leadership Institute, Veteran Futures Lab at NYU Tandon School, and Year Up. Sharahn is currently a writer on the Leadership Circle with Dorset Theatre Festival's Women Artists Writing Group. She is a core company member with GF & Co. studio lab dedicated to creating projects for the stage through experimentation and application of One Thought One Action.
