Trenace Richardson, PhD

Trenace brings her charisma and intense desire to see others succeed to every coaching relationship. Trenace's life mission is to become a catalyst of positive change in her clients' lives and, in turn, help them do the same for others.

Dr. Richardson brings over 20 years of experience in organizational development, public speaking, leadership development, and executive coaching for hundreds of individuals and several organizations, including The Links, Inc., Jack and Jill Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., The George Washington University, American Council on Education, Disrupthr, Howard University, Strayer University, the Women's Research and Education Institute, Generation Hope, Harford Community College, Anne Arundel Community College, and many others.

Trenace holds a doctorate from The George Washington University in Higher Education Administration, and a master's in Religious Studies from Howard University School of Divinity, and a bachelor's in English/Secondary Education from Elizabeth City State University.

Trenace has held leadership roles in internal coaching, organizational effectiveness, human resources and is currently the Director of the Organizational Development and Learning Institute at the College of Southern Maryland.

Dr. Richardson's passion lies in helping growing organizations and driven individuals reach their highest potential by excavating the best of what is already in them.

Trenace is proud to be married for over 20 years with two beautiful children, and in her spare time, she loves to sing, act, and hang out in nature.
