C-Suite Coach, a leading vendor manager for a prominent tech company, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Freelance AI Small Business Coach. This pivotal role is for a true small business advocate who will empower entrepreneurs in their state to thrive by leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence, specifically through Gemini and related products.

We're looking for someone who understands the unique challenges and opportunities within the small business landscape and can expertly guide owners in adopting cutting-edge AI tools to enhance their operations, reach new customers, and boost productivity. This isn't just about coaching; it's about building deep, lasting relationships and impact within the small business ecosystem.

The program is active across the United States, including Georgia,, Alabama, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Texas, California, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, New York, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Missouri, DMV. If you are a passionate advocate for small businesses, deeply knowledgeable about Google and Gemini products, in one of these markets, and an exceptional communicator, we encourage you to apply.

This is a contract position with a month-to-month fee structure, based on the successful completion of monthly expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a Trusted AI Advisor: Provide expert coaching and training to small business owners on integrating AI tools, specifically Google and Gemini products, into their daily operations to solve real-world business problems.
     

  • Translate Complexity into Clarity: Masterfully explain complex technical AI concepts in an accessible and engaging manner, ensuring small business owners understand the practical applications and benefits.
     

  • Upskill small businesses with Google & Gemini: Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for Google's AI and business tools, showcasing their power to drive growth and efficiency for small businesses.
     

  • Navigate the Small Business Ecosystem: Leverage your extensive knowledge of local small business networks and communities within your state to identify needs, build strong relationships, and effectively introduce AI solutions.
     

  • Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with small business owners, inspiring them to not only adopt these tools but also become enthusiastic advocates for Google's offerings.
     

  • Engage and Present with Impact: Design and deliver highly engaging virtual workshops, presentations, and events that inspire small business owners and equip them with actionable AI strategies.
     

  • Strategic Community Engagement: Source local compelling success stories from each program to celebrate and amplify the positive impact of AI adoption.
     

  • Reporting & Feedback: Diligently collect participant feedback, submit detailed training summaries, including workshop specifics, impact metrics, and learner highlights.
     

  • Promote & Expand Reach: Actively promote program materials on social channels and send regular newsletters to your local audience with event updates and program highlights.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • True Small Business Advocate: A genuine passion for and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by small businesses.
     

  • Google & Gemini Product Expert: Proven deep knowledge of Google's product ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on Gemini and other AI tools, and their practical application for small businesses.
     

  • State-Specific Networker: Extensive, established, and credible relationships within small business networks and communities in your state of residence.
     

  • Exceptional Presenter & Communicator: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, digestible, and engaging information for non-technical audiences. (Video examples of presentations required).
     

  • Corporate Experience: Previous experience in a corporate environment, providing a strong understanding of professional standards and large-scale program execution.
     

  • Relationship Builder: Proven track record of building deep, trusting, and influential relationships with diverse stakeholders.
     

  • Community Mentorship: A strong track record of mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs.

  • Digital Marketing Acumen: Experience using digital marketing tools, including AI, online ads, and analytics, to grow businesses or programs.
     

  • Self-Starter & Event Host: Highly self-motivated with the ability to independently market and host virtual workshops or events with minimal support.
     

  • Organized & Adaptable: Strong organizational skills to manage contacts, leads, and feedback, and flexibility to adapt under pressure.

Contract Requirements (Monthly)
  • Deliver an average of 2-3 programs with external partners, reaching a minimum audience of 150 participants.
     

  • Collect and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve program and training experiences.

  • Promote program-related materials actively across relevant social channels.
     

  • Distribute at least 2 newsletters or promotional communications to your local audience, highlighting event updates and program successes.
     

  • Submit comprehensive training summaries detailing workshop information, impact metrics, key learner achievements, and supporting visuals.
     

  • Source and document compelling local success stories from each program for broader amplification.
