Program Design & Management

We define content parameters for learning outcomes for adult training experiences. In keeping with established metrics for success, we design inclusive and accessible content that will engage adults and build community at the organizations we serve.

We will work with you and provide our “wrap-around support” in order to get to the target outcomes each program designates. Our coaches are experts in their particular areas of delivery; we work in a team format and support each program’s success throughout the process. The result – we help you actually achieve your program outcomes and goals.

We offer operational support to all programs we design and deliver, including managing vendors, contractors, and logistics for the program to run effectively.
