Petra Russell

Since 2010, elevating the Human Experience has been Petra’s mission to coach leaders and teams in organizations in the US and Europe. Her client partnerships are often designed around developing self-awareness, vulnerability, empathy, and compassion to help lead self and others with kindness and create a path to love and worth in the workplace.

Petra’s core energy process is a “guidance-from-within” approach that involves a commitment to acting skillfully in the present moment and making intentions for future actions to achieve extraordinary and sustainable success.

Working across industries and organizations of all sizes, ranging from fastest-growing to the world’s most admired companies, she focuses on the importance of collaborating closely with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds as a strategic advantage in today’s global marketplace.

Whether coaching with individuals, teams, or boards, her core energy leadership process is designed to raise awareness and understanding of how attitudes impact the ability to create sustainable change. You will be reconnecting with self and others from the core and developing cultures that inspire highly effective team dynamics, innovation, and creativity.

Petra is an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She has additional coaching certifications in Applied Positive Psychology, Emotional Connection, Stakeholder-Centered Leadership, and High Performing Teams.

Petra is currently working on her MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, serves as President on the Board of ICF Orange County, and is volunteering on the Institute of Coaching’s West Coast Roundtables committee.
